The audience continues to cheer and chant for their favorite school
“Oh no, we have a problem! The judges can’t seem to pick a winner between these two schools,” the MC said.
“So, we’re going to do something different. We’ve written four names on cards, and we’ll pick one card from each school. The name called will sing again, but this time, it’s just one person from each school. And remember, your song has to be very short.”
“Oh no, this is not happening!” Daisy exclaimed.
“Chill, Daisy, I’m sure we’ll be fine,” Summer said, trying to reassure her.
Daisy still looked surprised, thinking to herself, “Is this really Summer? Is Ricky really changing her?”
Immediately, two glasses with cards were brought out. The MC picked one card from each glass.
“The person participating for Symphony School is… Avery!” The students of Symphony School started screaming and cheering.
π₯ “Yessss, it’s Avery!
π₯They don’t stand a chance!
π₯ I’m really happy right now!
π₯It’s our Avery!”
The MC continued, “And the person participating for Melody High is… Daisy!”
Barbie screamed, “Yess, it’s my baby girl!
Your dream wife, live it well, please!”Darren said,
while Dove rolled her eyes.
“Make us proud, Daisy!”.Sage yelled
“you can do it teddy. Ricky muttered
Clayton said, “Sweetheart, make me proud!”
Summer held Daisy’s hand and said, “Make me proud, Daisy.”
Daisy’s eyes widened, but she smiled.
The MC said, “Now, Ariel and Summer, please leave the stage.”
They left, and the audience waited anxiously for the final performance.
“Alright, Avery from Symphony School and Daisy from Melody High School, you two will sing again, but this time, it’s just one person from each school. Remember, the song has to be very short.”
Avery and Daisy nod, looking determined
“You will have to sing a cappella, and the judges will decide who wins based on this final performance. Good luck, girls!”
Avery and Daisy take their places at the microphone, and the audience quiets down in anticipation
“Let’s start with Avery from Symphony School. Avery, you’re up first!”
Avery takes a deep breath and begins to sing a powerful, soulful rendition of a short song
(Verse 1)
“In the darkness, I find my light
A spark within, that guides me through the night
I’ll hold on tight, to this burning fire
And let it fuel, my heart’s desire”
(Chorus)
“I’m rising up, from the ashes strong
I’m shining bright, where I once was wrong
I’m finding my voice, in this darkest place
And I’ll scream it loud, with a smile on my face”
(Outro)
“I’m unstoppable, untamed and free
I’m the storm that’s coming, and I’m meant to be
Avery’s voice cracked on the high pitch, and she faltered, her song coming to an abrupt end. The audience was silent for a moment, then began to applaud politely.
The MC walked up to the stage, a sympathetic smile on his face. “Avery, you did well, but unfortunately,We’ll have to wait for Daisy’s performance to decide the winner.”
He turned to Daisy, who was standing offstage, looking nervous. “Daisy, please come up to the stage.”
Daisy walked up to the microphone, her eyes fixed on the floor. She closed her eyes, took a deep breath, and remembered Darren’s encouraging words. A small smile played on her lips.
Then, with a newfound confidence, she began to sing.
(Verse 1)
“In your eyes, I see a love so true
A heart that beats, just for me and you
In your arms, I find my peaceful place
Where love and joy, erase the space”
(Chorus)
“Oh, my love, you’re the sunshine in my day
The star that guides me, through the darkest way
You’re the rhythm, that makes my heart sing
Forever with you, is where I want to be”
π₯that’s it wifey show them. Darren screamed
(Outro)
“Together we’ll dance, under the starry sky
With every breath, our love will never die
In your love, I’m home, where I belong
With you, my heart, will forever be strong”
As Daisy hit the final high pitch, the audience erupted into a standing ovation, cheering and clapping so loudly that the room shook. The judges were on their feet, applauding and whistling, their faces beaming with admiration.
“Wow, she’s cool!” someone shouted.
“Her voice… oh my gosh!” another person exclaimed.
The judges rushed to the stage, congratulating Daisy with warm hugs and handshakes.
“Girl, your voice is so angelic, it’s taking you to places!” one judge gushed.
“Yes, dear, you are the best of the best here!” another judge agreed.
And then, the moment of truth: “And the winner of the inter music competition is… Melody High Music School!”
The audience went wild, cheering and screaming Daisy’s name. The students of Melody High Music School rushed to the stage, swarming around Daisy with congratulatory hugs and pats on the back.
Mrs. Anita, Barbie, Sage, Dove, Clayton, Ricky, and Summer were among the first to reach her, beaming with pride and joy.
“We’re so proud of you, Daisy!” Mrs. Anita exclaimed, tearfully hugging her.
“You deserve it, girl!” Barbie cheered, high-fiving her.
Sage and Dove hugged her tightly, grinning from ear to ear, while dove rolled her eyes secretly.Clayton and Ricky patted her on the back, while Summer gave her a warm squeeze.
As Daisy collected the trophy and prize, the crowd continued to cheer and chant her name. Finally, she made her way to Darren, who was waiting with open arms. She hugged him tightly, tears of joy streaming down her face.
“I did it, Darren! I did it!” she exclaimed, her voice trembling with emotion.
Darren smiled, holding her close. “You sure did, wifey.
Next day.
Melody high
The next morning, Barbie burst into Daisy’s room, causing Sage to flinch from the bed.
“What the hell, Barbs? What are you doing here so early in the morning?” Sage asked, rubbing her eyes.
“You’re still sleeping?” Barbie asked, surprised.
“Of course, the party yesterday night was so tiring. I couldn’t believe it was real, with Summer’s weird attitude. She’s acting better, I knew she’s a good person, she’s just blinded by love,” Sage said, yawns.
“Yes, and she has him now. Well, all that matters now is that my baby Daisy is all over social media now,” Barbie said, eyes shining with excitement.
“Wow, really?” Sage asked, intrigued.
“Yes, check this out,” Barbie said, handing over her phone to Sage.
Sage’s eyes widened as she scrolled through the phone. “Whoa, it’s true! Daisy is a star now!”
“Tell me about it,” Barbie screamed, bouncing up and down on the bed.
“Daisy is the star here, why are you acting like you’re the one?” Sage asked, laughing.
“Because it’s a dream, and now she’ll be living it! She’ll do a lot during this break,” Barbie said, grinning from ear to ear.
“Whoa, speaking of holiday, we are finally going home today!” Sage screamed.
“Yes, I’m so happy! I need a break, the school walls are getting boring,” Barbie said.
“Why is Daisy still sleeping despite our screams?” Sage asked, and Barbie laughed.
“She sleeps like a log, Sage,” Barbie said, and tapped Daisy hardly.
“Daisy! Daisy! Wake up!” Daisy winced and said, “Barbs, why so early in the morning?”
“What are you talking about, Daisy? This is 1 pm and you are still sleeping. We need to leave the school today for holiday. Have you forgotten?” Barbie said.
“Wait, what? It’s 1 pm?” Daisy asked, her eyes widened in surprise.
“Yes, we totally understand, you silly. People were busy congratulating you,” Sage said, chuckling.
Daisy quickly sat up, rubbing her eyes. “Oh no, I overslept! I was so exhausted from last night’s party…”
“And the fame, don’t forget the fame,” Barbie added, grinning.
Daisy blushed, laughing. “Shut up, Barbs. Let’s pack up and go home.
Barbie turned to Daisy with a sly grin. “Are you sure there’s no one you’re willing to see before we start going?”
Daisy blushed, avoiding eye contact. “Look, Barbs, I talked to Darren yesterday… we talked and all.”
Barbie raised an eyebrow. “What do you mean by ‘and all’?”
Daisy stammered, “I… I… stink. Let me go take my bath and we can pack up.”
Sage chimed in, “Aren’t you going to miss me, Daisy?”
Daisy smiled. “I will miss you, Sage.”
Sage teased, “No, you won’t. You’ll be busy with social media now that you’re so popular.”
Barbie intervened, “Hey, don’t make her feel bad, Sage.”
Sage rolled her eyes. “Oh, shut up, Barbs. You’ll be seeing Daisy
