Mrs. Sara raised an eyebrow. “You? Scared? You’ve planned this all out, haven’t you? You made Iris bait to make Liam think you’re weak because of your sister.”
Darren smiled. “Oh, Aunt Sara, you’re so smart. That’s why I love you.”
Mrs. Sara rolled her eyes. “Oh, shut up, you cunning idiot. You’re a secret agent, for crying out loud! Just arrest Liam and his cohorts already.”
“It’s not that easy, Aunt,” Darren said. “Daisy doesn’t remember me anymore, and I’m sure Victoria and Liam are behind it.”
“She doesn’t remember you?” Aunt Sara asked, and Darren nodded slowly. “That’s why we couldn’t get to her after Victoria took her away. We found out Victoria isn’t related to Daisy.”
“Yes,” Darren said, “and that’s why I trained hard and joined the secret agency. I want to expose Liam and Victoria and see my Daisy again. But we couldn’t find any proof; their codes and plans are too difficult. That’s why I had to go to Liam, pretending to work for him, to get some evidence. He accepted me because my dad worked for him. That old fool doesn’t know who he’s messing with.”
“You know you can’t let them keep hitting you,” Aunt Sara said dramatically. “Just beat them all up! You’re also a model, and oh, your handsome face!”
“I can’t beat them, Aunt,” Darren said. “Right now, I need to remain the bad guy.”
“Oh, shut up!” Aunt Sara said. “You’ve always wanted to be a bad guy for your wifey.”
Darren’s face suddenly turned sad. Aunt Sara noticed and asked, “What’s wrong, Darren? Any problem?”
“She likes someone else right now, Aunt,” Darren said.
“I’m sure if you both are destined to be, you will be,” Aunt Sara said, and Darren nodded slowly. “Yes, Aunt, right now what matters is her safety. I won’t force her to remember her past. She’ll remember on her own accord.”
“Right now, I need to find out who Slow Poison is and move this place underground and change the password,” Darren said.
“How will you do that?” Aunt Sara asked, and Darren gave her a look. “Oh, show off! I know you’re a secret agent, bla bla bla. You made this place just for Daisy, in case any problem arises.”
“Yes, Aunt,” Darren said. “Everything here is all about computers and can’t be hacked. It’s my special safe house.”
“I know you’re smart,” Aunt Sara said. “Stop showing off! Now go back to school so no one will suspect.”
“Tomorrow, Aunt,” Darren said. “I need to work on some things here. I’ll go back tomorrow morning.”
“Okay, just take care of yourself and eat,” Aunt Sara said. “Don’t work overnight.”
“Okay, okay, Mummy,” Darren said.

Darren walked into the room, carrying his suitcase and computer. He looked around, checking if anyone was there, as he had been told he would be sharing the room with someone. Just then, Clayton emerged from the bathroom, a look of surprise on his face.
“Oh my goodness!” Clayton exclaimed. “What are you doing here? Have you finally decided to be my friend?”
Darren rolled his eyes. “Dream on, Clayton. I’m just your roommate. Stay in your lane, and we won’t meddle in each other’s business.”
With that, Darren walked straight into the bathroom, leaving Clayton.
“He’s so unfriendly,” Clayton muttered to himself, “but I won’t give up. at least he remembered my name”
Summer and Daisy were in Miss Anita’s room, having just finished singing. “Wow, that’s so nice, I’m so glad you’re back on track, Daisy,” Miss Anita said, and Daisy smiled.
“How did you do it?” Miss Anita added.
“I practiced with, uhmm, a friend, ma,” Daisy said, and Summer rolled her eyes.
“Okay, you both should prepare for the competition, okay? You just have today and tomorrow. There will be a small fun event for you all tonight. A pool party. You both can enjoy yourself, but not too much because of your voice,” Miss Anita said.
“Okay, ma,” they both chorused.
“You can both leave,” Miss Anita said, and they left immediately.
Immediately, Daisy walked out of Miss Anita’s office and met Elle, Barbie, Sage, Dove, and Lovie right in front of the office. As soon as they saw her, they ran to her, and Summer rolled her eyes and walked away.
“How was it, Daisy? I hope you weren’t eliminated,” Dove said.
“Actually, I… uhmm… I passed,” Daisy said, and Barbie hit her head.
“Hey, you want to kill me with suspense, huh?” she said.
“No, Barbs, I just don’t wanna tell you all quickly,” Daisy said and smiled.
“Congrats, Daisy,” Elle smiled.
“Thanks, Elle, you got our time today, huh? Where is your Jayden?”
“Oh, please, Daisy, don’t flatter me,” Elle said and smiled.
“Congrats, Daisy,” Lovie said, and Barbie rolled her eyes.
“Thanks, Lovelyn,” Daisy said.
“Actually, we were told by Miss Anita there will be a pool party tonight,” Daisy said.
“Yes, we were also told by Miss Harper,” Barbie said.
“Let’s go prepare, guys,” Sage said.
“Actually, I can’t join,” Daisy said.
“Why?” Sage asked.
“She can’t swim,” Barbie said.
“Oh my goodness, you can’t stay alone in the room, Daisy. Join us, but don’t move near the pool,” Dove said.
“Hmm, okay,” Daisy said, but Barbie still looked worried.
“Are you sure you’re fine with this, Daisy?” Barbie asked.
“Yes, I’m fine,” Daisy said and Barbie nod but she is having a bad feeling about it.
“Okay, let’s all go look for something hot to wear,” Elle said, and they all laughed and walked away.
The night pool party was in full swing, with students gathered around the sparkling water, looking beautiful and handsome. Elisa stood out, dressed provocatively, while Summer turned heads with her stunning appearance. Darren, Jayden, Ricky, and Rusty were also dressed to impress, with Darren and Ricky drawing attention for their dashing good looks.
Summer walked in, looking radiant, and Ricky couldn’t help but stare. He approached her, his eyes fixed on hers.
“Hey,” he said, his voice low.
“Hi,” Summer replied, rolling her eyes.
“You look beautiful,” Ricky added, his compliment genuine.
Summer smirked, “Oh please, stop all this. I’m sure you won’t be this way once Daisy is here.”
Ricky clarified, “Daisy and I are just friends, okay? I just wanted to compliment you. No feelings attached.”
Summer raised an eyebrow, “Oh really?”
Ricky nodded, “Yes, by the way, you’re not really good.”
Summer asked, “Good in what way?”
Ricky replied, “Good in behavior.”
Summer teased, “Then make me a better person, Ricky.”
Ricky couldn’t resist, muttering, “The fuck…” as he pulled Summer close and started kissing her slowly. Summer kissed him back, and Ricky thought, “This kiss is so different. I never liked Daisy.”
As they continued kissing, the crowd cheered, except for Darren, who scanned the area, worried that Daisy might see the scene.
“She must not see this,” he muttered to himself.
Just then, Daisy, Sage, Elle, Lovie, Barbie, and Dove walked in, looking stunning. Darren’s eyes widened, “Damn, wifey is so pretty.” He couldn’t tear his gaze away from Daisy.
As soon as Daisy saw Ricky and Summer kissing, and the crowd cheering, she felt a pang of hurt. But she quickly looked away, trying to compose herself.
“Are you okay?” Barbie asked, noticing Daisy’s distress.
“Yes, I’m fine,” Daisy replied, forcing a smile.
“Daisy, enjoy yourself here, we need to go swim,” Dove said, as Elle and Sage nodded in agreement.
“You should also join, Barbie,” Daisy added, trying to sound cheerful.
But Barbie hesitated, “But…”
Daisy interrupted, “No, but Barbs, just go.” She didn’t want to talk about it.
Barbie looked concerned, but Dove pulled her along with the others, saying, “Bye, Daisy!” Lovie added, as they walked away. Daisy nodded awkwardly.
Immediately, Darren walked close to her, “Hey, wifey,” he said, with a charming smile.
Daisy smiled back, “Hi, Darren.”
Darren teased, “Wow, no ‘how dare you’ huh?”
Daisy chuckled, “Lol, it’s pointless, I guess. You won’t stop calling me that.”
“Thank you,” she added
” for?. he asked
“thank you for yesterday. daisy said
Darren nodded slowly, “Okay, let’s go sit over there.” They walked to a nearby seating area, and Darren offered, “Let me go get you apple juice.”
Daisy started to say, “How do you know I…” but Darren interrupted, “I know everything about you, wifey.” He
