LOVATO’S MANSION*
The parents aren’t around, so it’s only Demi with the maids.
She finished her bath minutes ago and was sitting in front of her mirror when she got a text from Octavia to check the internet.
She went online, and her eyes widened when she saw the news about Orbit Group CEO Chambers.
“Geez! It’d only take God’s intervention for the company to keep standing” she muttered, scrolling down.
She lost interest and dropped her phone, then her eyes caught a teddy key holder.
The keys belong to Ethan’s house. She locked it since it was left unlocked.
“Are you really not gonna come back for years?” She said with an heavy heart, folding the key on her palm.
The door opened roughly, and Luciano barged in.
“What the hell are you doing here?” She spranged up.
“I hate that look in your eyes cos if it was Ethan who came in just now, you’d have flown into his damn arms!” Luciano spat.
“How did you know Ethan?” Demi’s eyes widened.
“Does it matter? He’s out of your life for good and it’s time to come back to me!” He said, and her eyes widened.
“Wait…wait …you didn’t hurt him, right? Are you behind his disappearance? What did you do to him!!!” She yelled, and he came closer to grab her face.
He tried to kiss her forcefully, but she kicked him.
“Has he been down there? Has he fuçked you? Is that why it’s so hard to forget?” He demanded.
“I’ll kill you if you’re in anyway involved with this! I’ll kill you Luciano!!!” Demi started crying, and he went for her again.
He was about to grab her when Octavia came in, giving him a flying kick from behind.
Luciano fell forward and hit his head on the wall, landing unconscious on the ground.
“Octavia” Demi sniffled, and Octavia hugged her tightly.
“To hell with him” she said, stroking Demi’s hair.

BLISS HOTEL, GRAYSON’S ROOM*
Gray came out of the bedroom with Ava at the same time…she’s holding his arm and smiling as they started heading out of the room.
They’re going to get ice cream outside. The hotel has it, but Ava insisted they get it themselves, and he dare not say no.
She has been with him since last night, and she’s already thinking of how she’s gonna leave when it’s time to leave for the campus tommorow.
She wants to spend every damn minute with this guy. Seeing him smile for only her is an expensive privilege.
“Why that face?” He asked as they entered the elevator.
“I was called in for discipline by the campus tommorow. I and Monica” she replied.
“And you’re scared?” He asked.
“Nope. I just don’t wanna go to the campus. Can’t we spend all day in again?” She asked, and he rubbed her knuckles.
“We’ll just do whatever you want. I know what to do to make the campus give their trainees a free day tommorow” he said.
“Seriously?” She beamed.
“Trust me” he winked, and she kissed his lips, making him chuckle as they came out of the elevator.

The drive to the nearest ice cream place was short, and Gray ordered the biggest mint flavor bowl.
“I told you I can’t finish the biggest. The last one wasted remember?” She said.
“I’ll have it with you” he replied.
“But you don’t like ice cream” she said.
“I like what you like” he replied, and she blushed hotly.
He was already paying when he suddenly saw someone in a corner.
His eyes widened a bit.
“What?” Ava asked cluelessly.
“Stay here ok?” He replied, and before she could reply, he left in the opposite direction.
“Your ice cream is ready” the machine said, sliding out the package.
“I’m back” Gray said behind her, and she turned to see him.
“But you left in the opposite direction earlier, where did you go?” She asked.
The machine signalled for her to take her ice cream, and she took it, but Gray disappeared again before she could look up.
“Is he playing games with me?” She smiled and turned the opposite direction to go look for him, only to see him again.
“Fuçk! Where did you go?” She gasped, and he took her hand.
“Let’s get outta here” he said, taking her out before she could talk.
A minute after they left, someone else came out from the corner, wearing exactly what Gray was wearing.
His face stayed hidden, only his hands are showing, and he’s wearing a red bracelet on his left wrist.
“Long time no see, brother” his deep voice said.
