ZAYN’S APARTMENTβ’β’β’
Julia just got back from school and was surprised to see Jake and Sydney laughing as they were watching a movie together.
“Julia” Sydney called with a smile but Julia only glared at Jake in return before storming to her room.
She angrily threw her backpack on her bed and stood with her hands on her waist. The sound of Jake laughing with Sydney never left her head and she felt like she was being betrayed.
“Just how how could he!?” She flamed to herself and took a huge breath to calm herself. “Julia calm down, it’s nothing and Jake can laugh with anyone he wants, infact he can date anyone he wants because they aren’t together anymore” She thought before going back to the leaving.
The next thing she heard from Jake shocked her. He asked Sydney;
“Our school is having a bonfire party, you can come with me if you want”
Julia gasped causing the both of them to look at her. She quickly moved to the fridge to grab a bottle water. He’s already asking her out? How can he move on so fast?
“I heard you guys talking about bonfire party, that’s good” She forced words out of her mouth.
“Are you going?” Sydney asked.
Julia blinked twice before nodding. “Yes of course, the bonfire party is always my thing. Infact I have a date” She added.
Jake eyes darkened. “A date?” He repeated.
“Yes a date, just the way you have yours, am I right Sydney?” Julia gave Sydney a look.
“What are you talking about?” Jake looked confused.
“Just leave me alone Jake and be busy with your things!” Julia angrily left the house, slamming the door behind her.
Sydney gave Jake a confused look and he could only shake his head.

THE COZY TABLEβ’β’
“Here you go” The female waitress dropped the tray of food Julia and Aime ordered on their table. “Thank you for stopping at the cozy table. I hope you enjoy your food” She flashed them a smile before leaving.
Julia began munching on her food quickly.
“That’s the fastest you’ve ever eaten. What’s going on?” Aime narrowed her eyes at her as she asked.
“I’m just mad, like can you believe Jake!” Julia stopped eating and was now flaming. It was something that didn’t surprise Aime.
“Go on and tell me what happened” Aime twitched her lips as she waited for Julia to pour out whatever was disturbing her.
“I just don’t understand. Yes I called things off with him but what do you expect, our parents are getting married soon and he didn’t waste a time with moving on and guess who?” Julia asked.
“Who?” Aime stopped herself from rolling her eyes.
“Sydney! The same girl who made my mom abandon me it’s the same girl he’s with and he was asking her to be his date to our school party like I’m so pissed!” Julia flamed and took a heavy sip from his drink.
“Okay calm down, maybe you’re over thinking things” Aime tried counseling her.
“I don’t even care, infact I’m over him and I’m going to find another date!” Julia banged her table as she stood up before going to a table where a guy was sitting.
“Hi” She smiled at him.
“Hi” He smiled back.
Aime could only just shake her head, not knowing what to say to Julia. The wooden door to the cozy table opened and Jake stepped in, Aime’s eyes widened and she immediately covered her eyes with her book.
Jake sighted Aime and walked towards her.
“Where is she?” He demanded but Aime kept covering her face with her book.
Jake rolled his eyes and snatched the book from her.
“Where is she?” He asked again, looking more serious this time.
Aime shrank on her sit as she pointed the table Julia was sitting on. Jake’s eyes darkened when he saw her with a guy sitting with her.
He angrily moved over to them and the only thing he did was to stare at the guy deeply to chase him off.
“What is your problem Jake?” Julia angrily faced him but he replied by grabbing her arm and pulling her out of the restaurant.
“What are you doing Jake! I’m not even done eating” Julia complained as Jake pulled her out.
“Jake!!”
Jake suddenly stopped and pulled her closer to him, his arms tightly wrapped around her waist as he pressed his lips on hers forcefully. Julia tapped his chest to push him off but he didn’t released her until his tongue was deep in her throat, taking all her breath away.
The moment Jake released her, a heavy slap landed on his face.
“How could you?” Her eyes were tearing up.
“What do you think you’re doing with another guy, Julia we just called things off and you’re moving on so fast!” He yelled at her.
“I should say the same for you too, what do you think you’re doing asking Sydney out to bonfire party?” She yelled back at him.
“Well what do you expect, apparently you don’t care about me as much as I do and you want us to be siblings but you know damn well it can’t sit well with me!” He replied.
“Then you think Sydney will be your perfect example?” Julia folded her arms on her chest as she asked.
“Well Sydney is the only one I can look at as my literally sister. She’s the one I don’t have feelings for and she’s certainly the one I don’t dream of doing bad things too when we are alone but are you Julia?” He yelled again and Julia didn’t say anything, she just began crying.
Jake’s eyes soften up. “I’m sorry” He pulled her for a hug.
“I just don’t know what to do Jake. How can I compete with my dad and I really don’t want to give us up” She stared up at him with teary eyes.
Jake cupped her cheeks and wiped her tears.
“I’ve tried Julia and I can’t to give you up, I really can’t. A day without you is like a year without the rain, I can’t let you go. I might die I’m serious” He confessed and pressed his lips hardly to her forehead before pulling away he could meet her eyes.
“I love you Julia” He whispered.
Julia looked at him, she could see the sincerity in his eyes and there’s no denying that she loves him too. This might be weird for her to admit but he might be the first person she’s ever loved. She can feel it in her bones, he’s the one.
“I love you too Jake” She confessed to him, not caring about anything anymore. It’s her feelings and she has to accept it.
Jake smiled, really wide.
“Tell me again, I didn’t hear that” He tried to contain himself meanwhile all he wants is to just pull her closer and kiss the life out of her.
