KAREN’S MANSION*
Ludo, Honoria and Sasha came down from one car in front of it, all looking mad.
Sasha came to their mansion with bandaged hand, and after she explained what happened with Killian to them, they suggested there’s a place to come vent her anger at, and they brought her here.
They didn’t even have to knock this time, Sasha broke the window with a sledgehammer, and they jumped in, meeting Karen in the living room.
She’s reading Jordan’s comic book and laughing, but her laughter disappeared immediately.
She stood, she Sasha snatched the book from her.
She tore it into three and dumped the pieces on her face.
“No… No no” Karen started gathering the pieces, but Sasha dragged her up roughly.
“Heard you’re a perfect punching bag, the outcast of the school. Luckily, you’re Misfit’s friend… You’re dead” she seethed and drove her knee into Karen’s belly.
“Please… Please … Please!!!” Karen began begging, but that only fueled Sasha.
Honoria and Ludo joined her, and within three minutes, Karen became unconscious.

NEXT MORNING, OVERLORD’S CASTLE*
Aurora invited Killian over to have a talk with him, and he honoured the invitation.
He settled at the balcony with her, and she made Earl grey tea by herself, serving him in a special teacup.
“I didn’t add sugar. I know you don’t like it” she said, and he brought it to his lips, drinking much.
Aurora smiled and sat in front of him.
“Heard the Swiss assassin is cleared.” She said, interlocking her fingers on her laps, a sign of fear.
“Are you still scared of me?” Killian asked point-blank, and she unlocked the fingers before coming closer to hold his hands.
“Gabriel’s daughter, that pretty delicate girl…can you please not do what you planned? I fell in love with her at first sight and though her father is a devil, she’s… She’s innocent” she said, her hazel eyes getting wet with tears again.
“Funny how you think I can still be touched by tears” he replied coldly, and she quickly wiped the tears.
“Please…” Aurora made to go on her knees…
“Mother dearest!” He snapped, and she stopped.
“Please don’t hurt her” she pleased, and he stood.
“I’ll be the one to decide that”
“Mon Cherie” she shook her head, but he already walked out.
Aurora stood restlessly, interlocking her fingers again.

VIKTOR’S MANSION*
Viktor is still in bed, but the ringing of his phone made his shadow eyes open.
He sat up and sighed when he saw it’s his mother calling.
“Hey, mother” he said casually.
“We’re still sticking to the plan, so whatever you’re doing, make it fast” Ray’s voice boomed.
“Don’t you trust me?” He replied.
“Fast is the keyword” she replied and hung up.
He left the bed and dialled Zinnia’s line.
She picked almost immediately.
“Hey Fearless!” He smiled.
“Hey” her voice came.
“Can we talk in school tommorow? Let’s meet in the technical room. You said you’d do anything for me in return for not letting my mum see the slap video” He said.
“Sure, let’s meet” she replied
He hung up immediately, feeling so bad about what he’s about to do.

ZINNIA’S PLACE, 7PM*
Zinnia couldn’t hang out with the girls today cos Karen fell sick.
They had to go stay with her since daybreak, and she returned an hour ago.
Killian hasn’t texted today, and she didn’t want to text first, so she’s impatiently waiting for his text while scrolling the internet.
She randomly came across a news, and she sat up in bed to read well.
Five gangsters were involved in a ghastly car accident earlier in the afternoon, and all of them are fighting for their lives in the hospital currently.
When she saw their pictures, she gasped… they’re the guys who abducted her.
“Fuck!” She covered her mouth.
Tyson and his friends got tortured too, they’re all dying in the hospital, and now this?
And then who the fûck kept dropping flowers for her?
She looked at her bedstand to see the second bouquet she met this morning, and she suddenly started feeling scared.
She got Ms. Cuddles and hugged it before getting under the sheets.
She swallowed her pride and texted Killian.
Zinnia: I’m so fúcking scared, I think a ghost is following me.
She closed her eyes afterwards.
Meanwhile, Gabriel is standing by the door with a gun in his back pocket
He’s looking at her, remembering Malachi’s words when he visited him earlier today.
“KILLIAN IS GETTING DISTRACTED BY HIS REVENGE PLAN ON YOUR DAUGHTER. KILL HER YOURSELF OR I’LL HAVE TO KILL YOU BOTH”
He was about to get the gun when Zinnia turned in bed, facing his angle.
He quickly left the door.

TEN MINUTES LATER
Zinnia’s eyes were tightly shut when Killian jumped in through the window as easily as he does.
He’s holding the third bouquet of flowers which he dropped before hitting the lamp.
Immediately he put it on, Zinnia’s eyes flew open, and she sat up quickly, grabbing him by the shirt.
“Caught you! Wait… oh my gawd! Cameo?” She blinked in shock.
“I knew you weren’t sleeping, I’m not dumb” he replied coolly, and she blinked, slowly letting go of his shirt.
He turned off the lamp then turned to leave, but she quickly stood and rushed to block his way.
Her nightgown is so fúcking transparent…his sharp eyes could see her breàsts under the material…no bra.
“Don’t go yet” she said, and he gave her a gaze.
“You’ll moan” he said crudely.
“Whatever, just stay for me…” she said, and before he knew it, she trapped him in a hug, hugging him tightly, her body so small on him.
Surprisingly, wrapped his arms on her body too, inhaling her addictive scent.
Fúcking honeybee.
…and when he heard her loud fast heartbeats in his ears, a little satisfactory SMILE appeared on his thin lips.
“Mine…” he growled.
